Newbury Park is a 230-unit mixed use, mixed income apartment development project. It is comprised of a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment units with an average square footage of about 884 sq. ft. and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The building sits on a 2.9 acres site and is adjacent to a new 1-acre public park that will be part of this new apartment development. The project is designed as a type III wrap construction where a 5 story, at grade parking structure is surrounded by 5- stories of wood frame construction over grade.
