SparQ,a 105-unit apartment building with retail on the ground floor, just broke ground today and is scheduled to open in 2019. CORE is happy to bring this product along in its own back yard. CORE thanks all team members,companies, and neighbors who have helped bring this project to fruition. Onward and upward!

New apartments planned for old car-rental lot in San Jose’s SoFA district

San Jose's South First Area is in line for another significant apartment development. Core Development Co. last week submitted a formal proposal for a 105-unit project at 598 S. First St., a key corner where South First meets Reed St. The new complex will rise five stories and include about 2,170 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. BDE Architecture is working on the design.
