Agrihood is a distinctive project situated directly across from Westfield Valley Fair Mall and just around the corner from Santana Row. Construction started in June 2021 on a five-story apartment building designed to provide affordable housing for seniors and veterans. The project features a unique community space, including a café, a working farm, and a range of exceptional amenities available to both residents and the public. Agrihood opened their doors to residents in the summer of 2023, offering a one-of-a-kind living experience, including an underground storage tank drainage system to recycle rainwater to its community farm.
