CORE Builders was the General Contractor on our Agrihood Senior Project located in Santa Clara,
CA. This Project has (162) units, has an extensive open agriculture area for use by the tenants, the
building is fifty-eight feet tall from the bottom of the garage level to the top of the rooftops. It has
covered grade level parking with (90) stalls, a podium level and (4) levels of wood framed
construction above. Chrissie Davis and her team included a very seasoned staff of Superintendents,
Project Manager and Project Engineers. Joel Hannagan led the field staff and is already showing
and earlier completion of more than (2) months off the schedule.

Even though this project began at the height of the supply chain crisis, CORE Builder’s expeditated
the submittal approval and procurement of all critical path materials, this foresight assured us that
this project will finish early. The buyout savings and professionally managed subcontractors has
this project under budget and without net change orders.
